Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. Response: A completed cost estimate is enclosed. The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7.30am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm- 4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). 011"ln general, the following comments apply. XY/Please call out all stormwater structures per City of Everett Standards. For example, we have Type A and Type B structures rather than WSDOT's Type 1 and 1L. Please call out per the correct name and standard drawing number in our Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual. As long as the correct standard drawing number is called out, we do not need those details in the plan set (preferred not to have them in the plan set because the reference will always point to the most up-to-date version online). -.,/esponse: Storm structures have now been called out per City of Everett standards and notes have been added referencing city standard details.
