Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for water easement with legal description <br />and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this form, please email <br />Sabrina at SFandler@everettwa.gov. Signing of this form must be notarized and can <br />take place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the time of permit <br />issuance for convenience to the owner. <br />Response: Comment acknowledged. A copy of the completed water easement <br />including the legal description and exhibit of the easement area are enclosed for city <br />review prior to obtaining owner signature and notary. <br />v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form filled <br />out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. <br />Response: A completed cost estimate is enclosed. <br />The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7.30am-12:00pm and from 1:00pm- <br />4:00pm (closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br />011"ln general, the following comments apply. <br />Please update the project's address on the cover page and in each sheet's title block <br />lto rrectly show the project's assigned address: 3301 Seaway Blvd. <br />esponse: The project address has been updated as requested. <br />XY/Please call out all stormwater structures per City of Everett Standards. For example, <br />we have Type A and Type B structures rather than WSDOT's Type 1 and 1L. Please <br />call out per the correct name and standard drawing number in our Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications for Development manual. As long as the <br />correct standard drawing number is called out, we do not need those details in the <br />plan set (preferred not to have them in the plan set because the reference will always <br />point to the most up-to-date version online). <br />-.,/esponse: Storm structures have now been called out per City of Everett standards <br />and notes have been added referencing city standard details. <br />
