The project site contains a significant amount <br /> of developable area that currently drains to the south and the east—and not to the north. It appears <br /> that a second detention system and outfall to Powder Mill Creek will be required for this project. <br /> Discharge to the storm drainage/ditch system along the north side of Seaway Blvd would be an <br /> acceptable discharge location for this second detention facility,preferably at or downstream of the <br /> City outfall designated as POWMILL-005. <br /> 23. Pre-treatment of stormwater for sediment removal shall occur upstream of the proposed stormwater <br /> flow control pond at the east end of the development in order to minimize the future need to access . <br />
