During the <br /> preapplication meeting,the city requested that the original proposed wetpond be revised to eliminate the dead <br /> storage/water quality element and provide a mechanical water quality structure to reduce saturation of the slope. <br /> The SEPA and Site Plan review application the project was approved with the buildings, site plan layout and storm <br /> facility located in the location currently shown. <br /> • <br />
