As you are already aware, Mr. Kulaga had to make a trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina to attend a family matter and, given the present set of circumstances, he is not likely to return until beginning of October. To be more specific, Mr. Kulaga would like to know the bare minimum set of required documents he needs to file to get the unit lot subdivision process initiated. At this time, he can fill out the linked application and pay all the necessary fees from his remote location. However, he is a little unclear of the specific checklist of items he is required to submit with the application. Based on Mr. Kulaga understanding, some of these items are already available, some might already been filed, with the City of Everett's building/planning department. Given his physical absence, verifying what is needed and what is missing is going to be a little challenging. If it is not too much to ask, Mr. Kulaga would appreciate your assistance with clarifying what documents have to be submitted with the application to get the process initiated right away. Based on my conversation with Mr. Kulaga, he would like to get the process started right away so he can eliminate the 2 —3 months delay for completing the process. As of the any remaining documents, those that can be submitted after the process is initiated and before the final approval, Mr. Kulaga is going to provide those as soon as he is back in the States.
