I can't just do it on my own. Here is a
link to the application paperwork: https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/Home/View/748
Remember to look at Chapter 19.15A (Unit Lot Subdivisions) as it may have additional standards that you need
to meet that aren't required if you don't do a Unit Lot Subdivision.
Once we have a complete application from you, it normally take at least 2—3 months to complete the process,
after which you would be able to proceed to start building.
Attached is the comment letter for 5805 Highway Place that I sent to your Everett address last week. I received
the plans for 5901 Highway Place a few days ago, but have not reviewed them yet.
John J
From: Ahmet K [mailto:Kulaga Ahotmail.com]
Sent: Thursday, August 20, 2015 12:24 PM
To: John Jimerson
Subject: RE: Townhomes
Hi John
Of course i want proceed white unit lot subdivision.
If you can do it I would really appreciate.
Little problem is i am in Bosnia right now.
So please do it and I will take care everything when come back.
I will be back 10/5/15 and will be available on 10/6.
I hope first reweaving will be done soon and first corrections Maher(my civil engineer)would resubmit sometimes on
middle September.
Hopefully I can have permit or till come back.
Big thank you for informing and understanding me
I really appreciate it
Sent from my Windows Phone
From:John Jimerson
Sent: 8/20/2015 5:50 PM
To: 'Kulaga A@hotmail.com'; 'Maher Welave'
Cc: Meg Haley
Subject: FW:Townhomes
Ahmet- As you know we are reviewing building permit on the Highway Place projects. If you want to proceed
with a unit lot subdivision, you should do so before you build the projects in order to ensure you comply with
zoning, building, fire and public works requirements. Otherwise you may not be able to subdivide.
John J
2
