The property is located at 1901 West Mukilteo
Boulevard in Everett, Washington, as shown on the Vicinity Map in Figure 1. Our services were
completed in general accordance with our proposal signed by you on October 11,2016.
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this study is to explore and characterize the surface and subsurface conditions within the
vicinity of the top of the steep slope below the residence in order to provide our opinions with respect to
the existing stability conditions within this area and provide recommendations for the proposed
improvements between the residence and steep slope area. We understand that the proposed development
within the site includes patio improvements within the yard area between the existing residence and the
steep north-facing slope below the residence. These improvements would likely include lowering the
yard area between the residence and slope approximately 42-inches to be slightly lower than the partial
daylight basement of the residence. We also understand that you plan to construct a new upper level
addition along the eastern portion of the residence.
TO(p TING 2 2/
