1 That portion of Lot 16, Block 6, Beverly Hills Division No . 4, according to Plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 97 , 2 records of Snohomish County, Washington, lying West of a line drawn parallel to and 80 feet East of the West line of said Lot 16 3 and lying Southerly of the following described line: 4 Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 16; thence 5 North along the East line of said Lot 16 a distance of 6.06 feet; thence West parallel to and 6 feet distance from the 6 South line of said Lot 16 a distance of 122.15 feet to a point of tangency with a curve to the right; thence on a curve 7 to the right having a radius of 30 feet and a central angle of 92 29'10" an arc distance of 48.43 feet to a point of tangency 8 with the West line of said Lot 16, said point being the terminus 9 of this description. 10 That the interest sought in the above parcels is fee simple title. 11 2. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to take such steps as 12 may be necessary to condemn the aforesaid property by appropriate action 13 in Snohomish County Superior Court. 14 3. The improvement to the property and the payment for said property shall 15 be made from 1967 Street G.0 . Bond Construction fund of the City of Everett's 16 unlimited tax levy general bond issue, and such grants from the State of Washington 17 18 as may be contributed to the City fund for said improvements. 19 4.
