to do business in the State of Washington or by the deposit <br /> of a cash bond in the sum of $1,000. 00 , conditioned that <br /> the applicant will faithfully comply with the conditions <br /> of this chapter and the Laws of the State of Washington <br /> and guaranteeing to any citizen of the City of Everett and <br /> all monies paid as a down payment will be accounted for <br /> and applied to the representations of the licensee or its <br /> agents and property purchased will be delivered according <br /> to representations , conditioned further that action on <br /> the bond may be brought in the name of the City for the <br /> use or benefit of the agreed person. <br /> Section 4 <br /> License--Fee: The license fee shall be the sum of Ten <br /> Dollars ($10 . 00) per year. <br /> Section 5 <br /> License Required to Use Sales Devices : Any photographer <br /> who shall use, or who shall furnish to any other person, <br /> firm or corporation to use any coupons, cards , tickets <br /> or other devices , in, with or for the sale of goods , <br /> wares or merchandise, if said coupons , tickets , cards or <br /> other similar devices shall entitle the purchaser receiving <br /> the same to procure from said photographer any goods , wares , <br /> or merchandise free of charge , or for less than the retail <br /> market price thereof upon the production of any number <br /> of said coupons , tickets , cards , or other similar devices , <br /> shall obtain from the auditor of Snohomish County a license <br /> as required by statutes . <br /> Section 6 <br /> Unsolicited Invasion of Private Premises--Unlawful: <br /> The going in or to private residences by photographers <br /> or their solicitors, not having been requested so to do <br /> by the owner or occupants of such residences , for the <br /> purpose of soliciting any kind of photographic work, or <br /> for the sale of any photograph or enlargement thereof, <br /> is hereby declared to be a nuisance and is hereby prohibited. <br /> Section 7 <br /> License--Limited to One Business : No license issued <br /> hereunder shall entitle the holder thereof to operate, <br /> conduct or maintain more than one photographic studio, <br /> and each separate studio shall require a separate license. <br />
