7 ) <br /> t f . `t t 1 <br /> f f <br /> Section 2 <br /> Licenses-Cash Bond: The applicant shall make a cash deposit <br /> in the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars , and an undertaking <br /> that the applicant is the owner or operator of such exhibition, <br /> performance, show, entertainment, amusement or business and <br /> that such applicant will comply with the laws of the City of <br /> Everett and the State of Washington in the course of presenting <br /> his said show and will pay to the City of Everett any and all <br /> applicable excise taxes of the City of Everett as provided in <br /> Everett City Code Title 4 , such undertaking to be in such <br /> form as may be approved by the City Clerk or the City Attorney, <br /> and such undertaking to provide for the return of such cash <br /> deposit upon fulfillment by the applicant of the conditions <br /> of said undertaking as herein provided by this section. <br /> Section 3 <br /> Circus and Carnival Type Shows-License Fees-How Computed: <br /> For each and every of the following type shows or exhibitions <br /> within the city of Everett, and for each and every person <br /> or corporation operating amusement devices within the city <br /> of Everett, there shall be paid a license fee as follows : <br /> (A) Supermarket Show: A "supermarket show" shall be <br /> defined to be that type of show, which is given solely for <br /> the purpose of advertising or a trade stimulus or promotion <br /> and includes an animal act and rides , the admission to <br /> which show is free, but rates may be charged for rides ; for <br /> such described show, there shall be a fee of Fifteen Dollars <br /> per calendar week or fraction thereof. <br /> (B) Ballpark and Auditorium Show: A "ballpark and <br /> auditorium show" shall be defined generally as that type <br /> of circus-type exhibition which does not have a large circus <br /> tent, and which is transported by not more than five motor <br /> trucks. Such a "ballpark and auditorium show" shall pay <br /> a license fee of Thrity-Five Dollars for a series of per- <br /> formances not to exceed over two days . <br /> (C) Small Family Circus : A "small family circus" <br /> shall be defined to be generally that type of circus exhibition <br /> which has a main tent which is erected out of doors together <br /> with side shows and is transported by not more than twelve <br /> motor trucks . A "small family circus" shall pay a license <br /> fee of Fifty Dollars which performances and exhibitions to <br /> the public by such type show shall not exceed over two days . <br /> (D) Big Circus Show: A "big circus show" shall be <br /> defined to be that type of circus show that is presented <br /> out of doors with a main circus tent and with side shows and <br /> which is transported with more than twelve motor trucks . Such <br /> a type show shall pay a license fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> for two days . <br /> (E) Carnivals : A "carnival" or "carnival type show" <br /> shall be defined to be that type of exhibition or entertainment <br /> out of doors which provides games rides , concessions and side <br /> shows , but has no main tent for display of circus acts . For <br /> such type shows, there shall be paid a fee of Seventy-Five <br /> Dollars for a series of performances not to exceed eight <br /> consecutive days . <br /> For purposes of this chapter and the subsections above set <br /> forth, a "motor truck" shall be defined to be a motor vehicle <br /> weighing one and one-half tons or more, unloaded. <br />
