f J <br /> it <br /> Section 4 <br /> Theater, Opera House, Public Hall-License Fee: For each <br /> theater, moving picture house, opera house or public hall, <br /> the annual license fee shall be in the amount equal to <br /> Fifteen Cents for each and every seat or chair contained in <br /> said place and said license fee shall cover all lawful <br /> exhibitions or entertainments of any nature given there during <br /> the continuance of said license; provided, however, that the <br /> license fee to be paid by any such theater, moving picture <br /> house, opera house or public hall shall not in any one year <br /> exceed the sum of Two Hundred Dollars . <br /> Section 5 <br /> Skating Rink-License Fee: For a skating rink, Twenty-Five <br /> Dollars per year, payable annually in advance. <br /> Section 6 <br /> Miniature Golf Course-License Fee: For a miniature golf <br /> course, Thirty-Five Dollars per year, payable annually in <br /> advance. <br /> Section 7 <br /> All Others-License Fee : For all other exhibitions or public <br /> entertainments or amusements not herein specified, the <br /> license fee shall be Ten Dollars per day payable each day <br /> in advance. <br /> CHAPTER 3 - COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICES <br /> Section 1 <br /> Definitions : <br /> (A) Amusement Arcade: "Amusement arcade" means a place <br /> where twenty or more coin operated amusement devices are <br /> exhibited for play and where vending machines , weight <br /> lifting devices , shuffleboards , scales , punching bags , <br /> mechanical music machines , amusement rides , shooting gal- <br /> laries , or similar devices are exhibited or exposed for <br /> play or use by the public. <br /> (B) Amusement Device: "Amusement device" means any <br /> machine or device designed to be operated to use for playing <br /> a game upon the insertion of a coin, trade check or slug, <br /> as hereinafter provided, and which is played or operated only <br /> for amusement and entertainment, and will include the following: <br /> Shuffleboards , mechanical music machines , pool tables , flipper <br /> games, baseball machine, bowling games , guns and rifles , riding <br /> devices for not more than two persons , panorama or peep show, <br /> or other game, operated by inserting a coin, or operated by <br /> remote control or with a timing device, but shall not mean <br /> or include any machine or device used exclusively for the <br /> vending of merchandise. <br /> (C) Operator: Operator" means any person who owns and <br /> exhibits for use, play or operation and who leases or rents <br /> to or places with others any amusement device for use, play, <br /> or operation. <br /> (D) Person: "Person" means and includes an individual , <br /> corporation, copartnership or association. <br /> (E) Wholesale Distributor; "Wholesale Distributor" <br /> means any person who engages in the business of selling, ex- <br /> changing, or offering or exhibiting for sale or exchange, any <br /> amusement device. <br />
