40 o • .o • ' r • 4I f • • • Section 4 License--Required: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate a go-kart track unless he shall have in full force and effect a license for such purpose issued by the City of Everett. Section 5 License : The license shall limit the number of go-karts perm tted on the track at any one time to a number equal to the number of parking spaces for standard motor vehicles adjacent to and connected to the licensed premises divided by three. It is unlawful for any licensee to permit the operation of go-karts on the licensed track in excess of the number for which the premises is licensed. Section 6 Insurance--Liability: Each licensee shall maintain a liability insurance policy with limits of one hundred thousand dollars for injury to one person and three hundred thousand dollars for injury to persons arising out of any one accident and five thousand dollars property damage. The insurance policy shall name the city as an additional insured and shall be approved by the city attorney prior to issuance of license. The license herein granted shall be terminated at any time the insurance policy is terminated.
