SWPPP NARRATIVE <br /> MR 1 Plan Narrative <br /> Project Overview and Executive Summary <br /> EXISTING CONDITIONS <br /> The site is vegetated with typical northwest lawn and landscaping with some light <br /> under-brush. The site is moderately sloped (3 to 5 %) that slopes from the west <br /> property line to the east and Beverly BLVD. The property drains west to east <br /> towards Beverly BLVD. Soil types are the Alderwood-Urban land complex Series <br /> that are suitable for dispersal of runoff on-site. <br /> DEVELOPED CONDITIONS <br /> The project is for the construction of a two lot Short Plat that will retain an <br /> existing single family residence on Lot# 1 and will provide an additional single- <br /> family residence and attached garage on Lot # 2.
