<br /> Based on our review of the referenced plans by Omega Engineering, stormwater from the
<br /> proposed development will be dispersed in dispersion trenches on site. Based on the location
<br /> of the proposed dispersion trenches and the local topography, it is our opinion that these BMPs
<br /> will function adequately.
<br /> Closure
<br /> Our findings and recommendations provided in this report were prepared in accordance with
<br /> generally accepted principles of engineering geology and geotechnical engineering as practiced
<br /> in the Puget Sound area at the time this report was submitted. We make no other warranty,
<br /> either expressed or implied. Our observations,findings, and opinions are a means to identify
<br /> and reduce the inherent risks to the owner.
<br /> We are available to provide additional design recommendations and consultation throughout
<br /> the development of this project. We should be contacted to review architectural and civil
<br /> engineering plans and to provide additional design team support for the planned development.
<br /> We are also available to provide construction monitoring services during the development of
<br /> the project for earthwork quality control and to help insure that the recommendations in this
<br /> report are properly implemented.
