• ORDINANCE NO. ' 7,3 1 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessments and assessment roll of 2 Local Improvement District No. 694 which has been created and established for the 3 purpose of improvement of Sylvan Crest and certain adjoining areas on the North- 4 erly and Easterly portion, by the con- struction of a concrete sanitary sewer 5 and necessary appurtenances to make a complete improvement, as provided by Ordi- 6 nance No. 201-72, and levying and asses- sing the amount thereof against the sev- 7 eral lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property shown on said roll. 8 WHEREAS, the assessment roll levying the special 9 assessments against properties located in Local Improve- 10 ment District No. 694 in the City of Everett, Washington 11 created under Ordinance No. 201-72, has been filed with 12 the City Clerk of the City of Everett, Washington, as 13 provided by law; and 14 WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing 15 thereon and of making objections and protests to said 16 roll was duly published at and for the time and in the 17 manner provided by law, fixing the time and place of 18 hearing thereon for the 28th day of November, 1973 , at 19 the hour of 7 :00 p.m. , in the Council Chambers in the 20 City Hall, Everett, Washington, and further notice 21 thereof was duly mailed by the City Clerk to each proper- 22 ty owner shown on said roll; and 23 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed and designated 24 in said notice, the hearing was duly held November 28, 1973 , 25 and no written protests were received and all questions 26 concerning said roll being resolved at said hearing, and 27 the City Council being fully advised in the premises. 28 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 29 30 31 32
