1 Section 1 : 2 The assessments and assessment roll of Local Im- 3 provement District No. 694, which has been created and 4 established for the purpose of paying the cost of im- 5 provement of Sylvan Crest and certain adjoining areas 6 on the Northerly and Easterly portion, as provided by 7 Ordinance No. 201-72, including the provision for 8 issuance of bonds therefor, as the same now stand, be 9 and the same are hereby in all things and respects ap- 10 proved and confirmed. 11 Section 2 : 12 Each of the lots, tracts , parcels of land and 13 other property shown upon the said roll is hereby deter- 14 mined and declared to be specially benefited by said 15 improvement in at least the amount charged against the 16 same and the assessment appearing against the same is 17 in proportion to the several assessments appearing 18 upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed 19 against each lot, tract, parcel of land and other 20 property appearing upon said roll the amount finally 21 charged against the same thereon. 22 Section 3 : 23 The assessment roll as herein approved and con- 24 firmed shall be filed with the Treasurer of the City 25 of Everett for collection and said City Treasurer is 26 hereby authorized and directed to publish notice as 27 required by law stating that said roll is in his hands 28 for collection and payment of any assessment thereon 29 or any portion of said assessment can be made at any 30 time within thirty days from the date of the first 31 publication of said notice without penalty, interest 32 or additional cost, and that thereafter the sum remain-
