ORDINANCE NO. , 7 -7._ <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the <br /> assessments and assessment roll of Local <br /> Improvement District No. 695 which has <br /> been created and established for the pur- <br /> pose of improvement of East 28 feet of <br /> Cedar Street from 30 feet South of the <br /> South line of Lot 16 to the North line of <br /> the South half of Lot 6, Block 754 , plat <br /> of Everett Land Company 's First Addition <br /> to Everett, by the construction of a <br /> 20-foot asphalt paved strip, concrete <br /> sidewalk, curb and gutter, drainage and <br /> necessary appurtenances to make a com- <br /> plete improvement, as provided by Ordi- <br /> nance No. 231-73, and levying and as- <br /> sessing the amount thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts, parcels of land <br /> and other property shown on said roll . <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll levying the special <br /> assessments against properties located in Local Im- <br /> provement District No. 695 in the City of Everett, Wash- <br /> ington, created under Ordinance No. 231-73 has been <br /> filed with the City Clerk of the City of Everett, Wash- <br /> ington, as provided by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing <br /> thereon and of making objections and protests to said <br /> roll was duly published at and for the time and in the <br /> manner provided by law, fixing the time and place of <br /> hearing thereon for the 21st day of March, 1973 at the <br /> hour of 10 : 00 a.m. , in the Council Chambers in the City <br /> Hall, Everett, Washington, and further notice thereof <br /> was duly mailed by the City Clerk to each property own- <br /> er shown on said roll; and <br /> WHEREAS , at the time and place fixed and designated <br /> in said notice, the hearing was duly held March 21, <br /> 1973 and no written protests were received and all ques- <br /> tions concerning said roll being resolved at said hear- <br /> ing, and the City Council being fully advised in the <br /> premises, <br />
