• NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 The assessments and assessment roll of Local Im- provement District No. 695, which has been created and established for the purpose of paying the cost of im- provement of East 28 feet of Cedar Street from 30 feet South of the South line of Lot 16 to the North line of the South half of Lot 6, Block 754 , plat of Everett Land Company' s First Addition to Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 231-73, including the provision for issuance of bonds therefor, as the same now stand, be and the same are hereby in all things and respects ap- proved and confirmed. Section 2 Each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property shown upon the said roll is hereby deter- mined and declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed against each lot, tract, parcel of land and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon. Section 3 The assessment roll as herein approved and con- firmed shall be filed with the Treasurer of the City of Everett for collection and said City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice as required by law stating that said roll is in his hands for collection and payment of any assessment thereon or any portion of said assessment can be made at any
