1 for each occurrence , and said certificate will in- 2 elude the City as a named insured under said policy. 3 Nothing herein shall in any manner preclude the ap- 4 plicant from obtaining such additional insurance 5 coverage as he may deem necessary for his own pro- 6 tection. Cancellation of the required insurance 7 shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the 8 permit. The City shall be entitled to 10 days notice 9 prior to cancellation, and shall be named as an ad- 10 ditional insured. 11 Section 7 : The City Engineer is hereby author- 12 ized to designate the points of disposal of materials 13 collected by the permittees . The City Engineer or 14 the City Clerk is further authorized to revoke or sus- 15 pend permits for failure to comply with the provisions 16 of this ordinance, subject to the right of persons 17 affected to appeal from such revocation or suspension 18 to City Council . 19 Section 8: The permittee shall use a hose to discharge 20 materials into the City of Fverett Sewage System and discharge 21 shall be in a clean and inoffensive manner 22 satisfactory to the City Engineer. Equipment and 23 methods used by the permittee to discharge such 24 materials shall be subject to inspection by and/or 25 approval by the City Engineer except that the City 26 Engineer may waive suchinspection upon submittal, by 27 the applicant, of a valid registration and inspection 28 certificate issued by the Snohomish County Health 29 District. Failure to comply with the requirements 30 of the City Engineer with regard to equipment and 31 methods of discharge shall be grounds for revocation 32 of the permit.
