1 for each occurrence , and said certificate will in- <br /> 2 elude the City as a named insured under said policy. <br /> 3 Nothing herein shall in any manner preclude the ap- <br /> 4 plicant from obtaining such additional insurance <br /> 5 coverage as he may deem necessary for his own pro- <br /> 6 tection. Cancellation of the required insurance <br /> 7 shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the <br /> 8 permit. The City shall be entitled to 10 days notice <br /> 9 prior to cancellation, and shall be named as an ad- <br /> 10 ditional insured. <br /> 11 Section 7 : The City Engineer is hereby author- <br /> 12 ized to designate the points of disposal of materials <br /> 13 collected by the permittees . The City Engineer or <br /> 14 the City Clerk is further authorized to revoke or sus- <br /> 15 pend permits for failure to comply with the provisions <br /> 16 of this ordinance, subject to the right of persons <br /> 17 affected to appeal from such revocation or suspension <br /> 18 to City Council . <br /> 19 Section 8: The permittee shall use a hose to discharge <br /> 20 materials into the City of Fverett Sewage System and discharge <br /> 21 shall be in a clean and inoffensive manner <br /> 22 satisfactory to the City Engineer. Equipment and <br /> 23 methods used by the permittee to discharge such <br /> 24 materials shall be subject to inspection by and/or <br /> 25 approval by the City Engineer except that the City <br /> 26 Engineer may waive suchinspection upon submittal, by <br /> 27 the applicant, of a valid registration and inspection <br /> 28 certificate issued by the Snohomish County Health <br /> 29 District. Failure to comply with the requirements <br /> 30 of the City Engineer with regard to equipment and <br /> 31 methods of discharge shall be grounds for revocation <br /> 32 of the permit. <br />
