1 Furthermore there shall be a surcharge equal to <br /> 2 100% of the permit fee levied upon all dumpers haul- <br /> 3 ing sewage or like materials from cesspools , septic <br /> 4 tanks, holding tanks, chemical toilets and privies <br /> 5 located outside the County of Snohomish. <br /> 6 Section 5: Each applicant shall be required to <br /> 7 post a continuing cash bond or surety bond in the <br /> 8 amount of $2 , 000 . 00 to assure the City of Everett of <br /> 9 permittee 's full performance of all requirements under <br /> 10 this ordinance. Permittee shall be responsible for <br /> 11 negligent or non-negligent damaging by the permittee <br /> 12 of property owned or used by the City of Everett and <br /> 13 against costs incurred by the City of Everett as a <br /> 14 result of any failure of the permittee to comply with <br /> 15 the terms of the permit. Failure to pay damages to <br /> 16 the City upon demand shall be grounds for revocation <br /> 17 of this permit . At the expiration of the permit <br /> 18 period, the cash bond shall be returned to the per- <br /> 19 mittee upon written request therefor or the permittee <br /> 20 may authorize said bond to be retained to secure a <br /> 21 subsequent permit. <br /> 22 Section 6: Each permittee shall hold harmless <br /> 23 the City of Everett against all claims arising out <br /> 24 of all operations relating to disposal of sewage or <br /> 25 like materials into the City of Everett Sewage <br /> 26 System pursuant to this ordinance and each applicant <br /> 27 shall submit an insurance certificate with a loss- <br /> 28 payee clause demonstrating public liability insurance <br /> 29 with bodily injury limits of liability of $100 , 000 <br /> 30 for each person, and $300, 000 for each occurrence and <br /> 31 property damage insurance limits of liability of $100 , 000 <br /> 32 <br />
