The existing 14 foot by 20 foot bedroom structure on the north side of the dwelling appears to have been built without permits or inspections. Permits are required for the 14 x 20 foot addition. Include construction drawings for this bedroom as if you were proposing to build this now. Include foundation plan, sections and details, floor plan, framing plan, roof framing plan, ventilation calculations for crawl space and attic. Show energy code requirements for bedroom addition, including energy credits based on entire addition. Response: See Plans.
