AN ORDINANCE establishing permit requirements 1 for bingo, raffles, amusement games, punch boards and pull tabs 2 3 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 4 Section 1: It shall be unlawful for any person, association or 5 organization to conduct bingo games, raffles and amusement games 6 unless such person, association or organization complies with the following conditions: 7 a. That the activity be specifically authorized pursuant to the 8 9 requirements of Chapter 218, Laws of 1973, 1st Ex. Sess. 10 and the rules and regulations and other requirements of the 11 "Washington State Gambling Commission." 12 b. That the person, association or organization register with the 13 City Treasurer, or his designee, in the following manner: 14 (i) That the applicant provide the City Treasurer with 15 sufficient evidence that the applicant has obtained 16 the required license (s) from the Washington State 17 18 Gambling Commission. 19 (ii) That the applicant disclose the name and address 20 of the person, association or organization conduct- 21 ing the bingo games, raffles and amusement games 22 as the case may be, and the time(s) and place such 23 activities are intended to be conducted. 24 (iii) That the applicant pay the City Treasurer the following 25 registration fee: 26 27 bingo, raffles and amusement games $25.00 per year 28 (iv) Upon the fullfillment of the above requirements, 29 the City Treasurer shall issue the necessary 30 31 32
