1 • 1 certification evidencing the registration of bingo, raffles, 2 and amusement games. The nature of such certification 3 shall be in the form as the City Treasurer shall 4 deem appropriate. 5 Section 2: It shall be unlawful for any person, association, or organization 6 to distribute for sale pull tabs or punch boards unless such punch boards and 7 pull tabs have been registered in the following manner: 8 9 (a) That the pull tabs and punch boards be specifically authorized 10 pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 218, Laws of 1973, 11 1st Ex. Sess. and the rules and regulations and other require- 12 ments of the "Washington State Gambling Commission. " 13 (b) Every person, association, or organization distributing for 14 sale pull tabs or punch boards or possessing such pull tabs or 15 punch boards for distribution shall register with the City 16 Treasurer, or his designee, in the following manner: 17 18 (i) That the applicant disclose the name and address of the person, association, or organization so 19 distributing pull tabs or punch boards and the place such activities are intended to be conducted. 20 (ii) The applicant shall pay a registration fee of $800.00 21 per year for each person, association, or organization 22 distributing for sale pull tabs or punch boards. 23 (iii) Upon the fulfillment of the above requirements, the City Treasurer shall issue the necessary certification 24 evidencing the registration of such distributor of pull tabs or punch boards. The nature of such certification 25 shall be in such form as the City Treasurer shall deem appropriate. 26 27 (c) That those businesses engaged in the distribution of pull tabs 28 or punch boards shall submit to the City Treasurer, or his designee, a 29 certified list of those firms that purchased pull tabs or punch boards from 30 the last previously registered case of pull tabs or punch boards. 31 32 -2-
