1 (1) Photographs <br /> 2 Three 2"x 2" black and white photographs of the applicant, <br /> 3 or in the case of a firm, the party signing the application, <br /> 4 taken within six months of the date of the application, <br /> showing only the full face of such applicants. The three <br /> 5 <br /> 2"x 2" black and white photographs shall be provided at the <br /> 6 <br /> applicant's expense. <br /> 7 <br /> (2) Fingerprints <br /> 8 <br /> Such applicants, or party signing the application, shall be <br /> 9 fingerprinted by the Police Department, and such finger- <br /> 10 prints shall be retained in the application file, a copy of <br /> 11 which will be forwarded to the Federal Bureau of Investiga- <br /> 12 tion, Identification Bureau. <br /> 13 Section 4: Bond <br /> 14 Every applicant for a detective agency license or merchant patrol agency <br /> 15 shall file with the City Clerk at the time the application is filed, a surety <br /> 16 company bond running to the City of Everett, in a penal sum of Two Thousand <br /> Dollars ($2, 000. 00), conditioned that the licensee will faithfully comply with <br /> 17 <br /> all the requirements of this ordinance, insofar as they relate to the business <br /> 18 <br /> of detective or detective agency or merchant patrol agency. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Section 5: Requirements for Merchant (Security) patrolman <br /> 21 A merchant (security) patrolman license shall not be issued to any <br /> applicant for such license unless the applicant complies with the following <br /> 22 <br /> conditions: <br /> 23 a. The applicant is a citizen of the United States or has declared <br /> 24 intention to become a citizen of the United States; <br /> b. The applicant is of good moral character; <br /> 25 <br /> c. The applicant has not been convicted of a felony or any mis- <br /> 26 demeanor involving moral turpitude or intent to defraud within ten <br /> (10) years from the date of application, and furthermore, has not <br /> 27 within ten (10) years from the date of application been released <br /> 28 from a penal institution or from active supervision on parole as a <br /> result of the conviction of any of the aforementioned crimes. <br /> 29 <br /> Section 6: Requirements for Private Detective <br /> 30 <br /> A private detective license shall not be issued to any applicant for such <br /> 31 <br /> license unless the applicant complies with the following conditions: <br /> 32 <br />
