1 <br /> 2 If a property owner connects directly into an interceptor or trunk sewer, such <br /> 3 ownership shall pay both the appropriate lateral and trunk rates and for the <br /> 4 purpose of computing the construction charge, the interceptor or trunk sewer <br /> 5 shall be considered both the trunk and lateral. <br /> 6 <br /> (b) Multi-family, commercial and industrial users, etc. <br /> 7 (Other than single family residence) <br /> 8 The charges and rates allocated for sanitary sewer construction for multi-family, <br /> 9 commercial and industrial users, etc. (other than single family residence) shall be <br /> 10 <br /> fixed at the following monthly rate for each foot of property on the longest side <br /> 11 <br /> abutting the sewer line, but not less than the appropriate rate for a <br /> 12 <br /> single family residence: <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Trunk Lateral <br /> 15 North Everett None None <br /> 16 Bond Issue No. 1 System $.003 $.028 <br /> per ft. per ft. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Bond Issue No. 2 System $.015 $.030 <br /> per ft. per ft. <br /> 19 <br /> Bond Issue No. 3 System $.030 $.037 <br /> 20 per ft. per ft. <br /> 21 The applicable construction charge shall be established by determining the <br /> 22 bond issue from which the funds were provided for the construction of that <br /> 23 <br /> portion of the City's sewer system to which the sewer connects. <br /> 24 <br /> Each such applicable construction charge shall terminate upon full <br /> 25 <br /> payment of the bonded indebtedness to which such construction <br /> 26 <br /> 27 charge relates. <br /> 28 The applicable monthly trunk construction charge shall be paid <br /> 29 by all property. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> Page 3 <br />
