All sewer systems installed pursuant to a local <br /> improvement district or a subdivision shall be considered a lateral sewer system. <br /> 30 <br /> "North End" is described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br /> 31 herein by this reference. <br /> 32 <br /> Page 7 <br />
