• 1 "Bond Issue No. 1 System" is described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and 2 incorporated herein by this reference. 3 "Bond Issue No. 2 System" is described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. 4 "Bond Issue No. 3 System" is described in Exhibit "D" attached hereto and 5 incorporated herein by this reference. 6 Section 5. Sewage disposal for areas outside the City of Everett 7 It is hereby declared to be the policy of the city that sewage disposal 8 service may be provided through the Everett system for such areas 9 outside and adjacent to the city as can, in the judgment of the mayor, be 10 11 feasibly served. Sewage disposal service shall be provided under 12 contract, the terms of which will include, but are not limited to, the rates, 13 regulations, and conditions as hereinafter provided. 14 (a) Sewage disposal contract limitation outside City 15 Contracts for sewage disposal service to the city's system shall be 16 limited to the county or any municipality or public body under whose jurisdiction 17 local sewerage facilities may be constructed and operated. 18 19 (b) Sewage outside city - - Review by mayor 20 Prior to entering any contract, the mayor shall review the quality 21 and quantity of the sewage to be accepted and shall assure that the city has 22 the excess capacity to enable it to dispose of the sewage contracted to be 23 accepted. 24 (c) Service charge for sewage outside city 25 Monthly service charge for disposal of sewage to the city system shall 26 be as provided for in Section 1 plus a surcharge of twenty percent. 27 28 (d) Construction charge for sewage outside the city 29 Monthly construction charge for areas outside the city limits shall 30 be as provided for in Section 2. 31 32 Page 8
