For this use and installation,the <br /> hood is permitted to be a residential type that is vented directly to the outside. It should be a minimum <br /> of 100 cfm (this is a standard residential hood used in residential operations and not a commercial Type <br /> I or II hood as previously discussed). Mechanical and electrical permits are required for the installation <br /> of the hood (these may be added to existing permits).The commentary referenced is to Sections 507.1.2 <br /> and 507.2.This acceptance is not transferrable to any commercial use of the equipment. <br /> It is also my understanding that a grease intercepting device will be required for this installation.
