� f <br /> B. The License Officer shall have authority to summarily revoke <br /> any license or conditional license on any of the following grounds, <br /> (1) If the license holder is convicted of, or forfeits bail for, <br /> any of the following driving violations whether or not in <br /> connection with driving an ambulance: <br /> a. Reckless driving <br /> b. Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs <br /> (2) If the license holder is convicted of any felony or any <br /> offense involving moral turpitude. <br /> (3) If the license was obtained by fraud or if the application <br /> therefor contains any false statements, or if a fact concerning <br /> the applicant was not disclosed at the time of his making <br /> application when such fact would have constituted just cause for <br /> refusing to issue such license. <br /> (4) The decision of the License Officer is subject to review by <br /> the City Council upon 10 days written notice. <br /> C. The initial, semi-annual, or other ambulance and/or emergency <br /> first aid vehicle, equipment and premise inspection reports of <br /> the License Officer herein provided for shall be prima. facie <br /> evidence of compliance or non-compliance with, or violation of, <br /> the provisions, standards and requirements provided herein, and <br /> of the regulations promulgated hereunder, for the licensing of <br /> ambulances and/or emergency first aid vehicles. <br /> D. Upon suspension, revocation or termination of an ambulance and/or <br /> emergency first aid vehicle license hereunder operations as such <br /> shall cease with such vehicle and no person shall permit continued <br /> operation with such ambulance and/or emergency first aid vehicle <br /> as such.
