• <br /> Holders of such conditional licenses shall be used only <br /> as conditional drivers. No more than one such conditional <br /> license holder shall staff each emergency vehicle after <br /> 2 years after the effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 10: Expiration and Renewal of License <br /> A. Licenses for ambulance attendant shall expire two years from the <br /> date of issue. No such license shall be renewed unless the <br /> holder shall pass a comprehensive examination on the knowledge <br /> required of an Emergency Medical Technician or furnishes satis- <br /> factory evidence that the applicant has successfully completed <br /> within the twelve months preceding the application for renewal, <br /> a Level Three First Aid Training refresher course approved by the <br /> License Officer. <br /> B. Renewal of any license hereunder, upon expiration for any reason <br /> or after revocation, shall require conformance with all the <br /> requirements of this Ordinance as upon original licensing. <br /> Section 11: Revocation of License <br /> A. The City Council may, and is hereby authorized to, suspend or <br /> revoke a license issued hereunder for failure of a licensee to <br /> comply and to maintain compliance with, or for his violation of, <br /> any applicable provisions, standards or requirements of this <br /> Ordinance, or of regulations promulgated hereunder, or of any <br /> other applicable laws or ordinances or regulations promulgated <br /> thereunder, but only after warning and such reasonable time for <br /> compliance as may be set by the License Officer. After a sus- <br /> pension, the licensee shall be afforded a hearing before the City <br /> Council after reasonable notice. The City Council shall, within <br /> 10 days after conclusion of such hearing; issue a written decision <br /> (which shall include written findings) as to the suspension or <br /> retention of said license. Such decision shall be final, subject <br /> to review by the Superior Court. Such written decision shall be <br /> promptly transmitted to the licensee to whom it refers, and a <br /> copy shall be sent to the Advisory Committee for their information. <br />
