(3) One Citizen-At-Large who shall serve an initial term of 2 <br /> years. Each succeeding term shall be for 6 years. <br /> (4) One Citizen-At-Large who shall serve an initial term of 4 <br /> years. Each succeeding term shall be for 6 years. <br /> (5) One Registered Nurse employed in the area of providing emer- <br /> gency service, who lives or works in the City of Everett, and <br /> who may be a member of District Nine of the Washington State <br /> Nurses Association and/or a member of the Emergency Department <br /> Nurses Association, who shall serve an initial term of 2 years. <br /> Each succeeding term shall be for 6 years. <br /> (6) One Representative of Everett General Hospital who shall <br /> serve an initial term of 4 years. Each succeeding term shall be <br /> for 6 years. <br /> (7) One Representative of Providence Hospital who shall serve an <br /> initial term of 6 years. Each succeeding term shall be for 6 <br /> years. <br /> (8) Ex officio, non-voting members of the Advisory Committee <br /> shall consist of: <br /> a. the License Officer, who shall be chairman of the <br /> Committee <br /> b. one representative of each ambulance service based in <br /> the City of Everett <br /> c. one representative of the Everett Police Department <br /> d. one representative of the Everett Fire Department <br /> B. The Advisory Committee shall prepare and recanmend to the City <br /> Council and whatever other regulatory bodies as necessary, <br /> standards, regulations, and procedures relating to emergency <br /> medical service for their adoption, and shall review those stan- <br /> dards, regulations, and procedures annually to keep them up to <br /> date. <br /> C. The Advisory Committee shall meet at least once during each calendar <br /> quarter and shall keep permanent minutes of all meetings to record <br /> actions taken. <br /> D. The Advisory Committee shall prepare and recommend to the City <br /> Council, or any other regulatory body necessary, the initial <br />
