Exhibit€-A SCOPE OF SERVICES Everett Downtown Streetscape — Rucker Avenue & Hoyt Avenue Amendment 1 INTRODUCTION Under this Agreement,the Consultant will provide construction support services on an as needed basis for the Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvement Project for Rucker Avenue and Hoyt Avenue. This Agreement includes professional services to provide construction engineering design support, attendance at meetings,and site visits as requested by the City,as detailed in the Scope of Services. The Consultant's services shall be limited to those expressly set forth herein. If the service is not specifically identified herein,it is expressly excluded.The Consultant shall have no other obligations, duties or responsibilities associated with the project except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Services provided by the Consultant consist of: GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES Work Element 1: Project Planning and Management Work Element 2: Construction Administration and Engineering Support Work Element 3: Design Engineering Support Work Element 4: Archaeological Monitoring Subconsultants Qualified Sub-Consultants include: • Makers—Urban Amenities • JGM—Landscape and Irrigation • CG Engineering—Structural Design • HWA GeoSciences-Geotechnical Time for Completion This Scope of Services supports 150 working days of construction,with time allowed prior to and following construction based on the applicable work elements described below. This Scope of Services assumes the contract duration to be no longer than 10 months(February,2020) from the date of notice to proceed. Optional Services The Consultant may provide additional services as directed by the City which are not identified in this Scope of Services.Additional services shall not commence without written authorization and approval from the City. This Scope of Services is defined in the work elements below.
