I recommend following <br /> bullet be added for Airport Rd within the City of Everett: <br /> • Traffic signals shall not be placed into flashing mode without <br /> control by a Uniformed Police Officer. Traffic signals will not be <br /> allowed to be placed in flashing operation or made dark from <br /> 4:30am to 7:00pm. <br /> Traffic signals on Airport Rd within the City of Everett are operated under <br /> agreement by Snohomish County, so any signal not returning to normal <br /> operation should be reported to Snohomish County dispatch.
