Sewer and Drainage Comments <br /> Station # NB 3020. The sewer manhole at this location which is owned by <br /> Mukilteo Water District appears to be within the foot print of the structure. This <br /> should be reviewed with the District to determine if this is acceptable to them. <br /> Station # SB 3037. There is a drainage detention pipe at this location. The plans <br /> show this being relocated but it will still be in the immediate vicinity of this <br /> Station. We will need to do annual inspections and maintenance. This will require <br /> closure of the bus stop during the maintenance interval. Community Transit must <br /> provide a letter to the City of Everett stated that this will be an acceptable <br /> situation. As an option the station would need to be moved south 500-700 ft. <br /> Station # NB 3018 has a catchbasin and a water valve that need to be kept clear <br /> for maintenance. Insure that there is a minimum of 2' of overhead clearance at <br /> the catchbasin for vactor truck access or relocate the catchbasin. <br />
