Otak <br /> Drainage Station Construction plans. They appear to have Emerson <br /> addressed Jane's previous comments by <br /> clarifying what elements were to remain/removed <br /> and adding additional detail. However, the <br /> changes bring up the following comments: <br /> 2 General 1. General Comment-There are a number of Erik Noted. The construction notes and detail sheets have Otak <br /> Drainage references to EDDS standard plans.While this is Emerson been altered to reference City of Everett standard plans • <br /> acceptable considering the nature of the project where facilities are within City of Everett jurisdiction. <br /> the construction must still meet City of Everett <br /> standards where they differ from the County's <br /> requirements. <br /> 3 Plan Sheet 2. Sheet C4.30—GIS records indicate that there Erik Field visit confirms Otak's survey. See attached exhibit Otak <br /> C4.30 is a Sanitary Sewer main near the curb line which Emerson and photos. There is no evidence of sanitary sewer.lines <br /> is not shown in the plan. Please show the sewer or manholes as shown in 1998 Snohomish County <br /> main and ensure that the proposed catch basin Asbuilt. <br /> upsizing will not impact the sewer or manholes. If, however, the Snohomish County As-built proves to be <br /> See 1998 Snohomish County Asbuilt(attached). correct during construction, the sewer line as shown on <br /> the 1998 drawing is approximately 5-feet deeper than the <br /> proposed 6" PVC storm line it would cross (6" PVC storm <br /> line connects shelter downspout to CB641). <br /> 4 Plan Sheet 3.
