Through our coordination with Snohomish County PUD, we understood this to be a <br /> their luminaire since it is on a Sno Co PUD wood pole. It can remain if the City of Everett, as owner and permitting <br /> jurisdiction, has no objections to leaving the luminaire orientation as-is. <br /> We are meeting with the City of Everett tomorrow and can follow-up with them then.
