The LED traffic signal module shall meet or exceed <br /> minimum luminous intensity values during the 60 months of field operation. <br /> Replacement LED signal modules shall be provided within 5 days after receipt of failed LED signal modules at no <br /> cost to the Contracting Agency, except the cost of shipping the failed modules. <br /> 9-29.16(2)B Signal Housing <br /> Section 9-29.16(2)B is supplemented with the following: <br /> Each traffic signal section shall have two downward facing weep holes drilled in the bottom horizontal surface of <br /> the housing. Weep holes shall be 3/16"in diameter in two opposite corners and shall not be blocked by any <br /> obstructions. No internal feature is to be damaged when the weep holes are drilled. <br /> Back Plates <br /> Back plates shall be furnished and attached to the signal heads. Back plates shall be 5 inches wide ABS or <br /> polycarbonate, flat black on both sides. <br /> Two (2) inches wide Type 4 prismatic reflective 3M yellow tape shall be installed around the exterior edge of the <br /> plate. <br /> 9-29.17 Signal Head Mounting Brackets and Fittings <br /> Section 9-29.17 is supplemented with the following: <br /> Type A,B,H, and K terminal compartments shall have a single weep hole in the bottom. Weep holes shall be <br /> 3/16"in diameter and shall not be blocked by any obstructions. No internal feature is to be damaged when the <br /> weep holes are drilled. <br /> 9-20.18 Vehicle Detector <br /> Section 9-29.18 is supplemented with the following: <br /> Video Detection <br /> The Video Detection System shall consist of TRAFICON video detection equipment, auxiliary equipment, <br /> cameras,housings, and mounts, and all required mounting hardware, cables, connectors, and wiring.
