"successfully completed," Community Transit may check references for the <br /> project and may evaluate the Bidder's performance based on, but not limited <br /> to, a minimum of five (5) similar size and scope projects within the past 8 <br /> years, in the following areas: <br /> • Project Management <br /> • Project Scope <br /> • Project Schedule, Sequencing, and Timeliness of Performance <br /> • Project Budget <br /> • Quality Control <br /> • Safety Reports <br /> • Traffic Control in High Traffic Areas/State Highways <br /> • Schedule and sequencing, including downtimes between phases of work <br /> • Management of Subcontractors <br /> • Use of Skilled Personnel <br /> • Availability and Use of Appropriate Equipment <br /> • Compliance with Contract Documents <br /> • Work with Adjacent Property Owners <br /> • Work with Multiple Jurisdictions <br /> • Construction Management Software to manage paperwork <br /> B. Documentation: The Bidder shall submit a minimum of five (5) of projects of <br /> similar size and scope to this project for analysis by Community Transit. For <br /> the purposes of meeting this criterion, Community Transit has determined <br /> that"similar size and scope to this project" means projects will have a <br /> minimum of the following characteristics: <br /> • Awarded contract amount exceeding $5,000,000; <br /> • Coordinating with several government entities—preferably including <br /> Snohomish County,WSDOT, Cities of Everett, Mill Creek and Bothell; <br /> • High traffic work areas (involving control of high volumes vehicle as well <br /> as foot traffic); <br /> • Traffic signal work, both pole work and wiring; <br /> • Elements of high quality concrete flatwork, including curb and gutter; <br /> • Elements of structural steel assembly; <br /> • Elements of concrete cast-in-place wall construction. <br /> Submitted information about each project shall include the following: <br /> • Owner's Name and contact information (with phone numbers and e-mail <br /> addresses); <br /> • Awarded contract amount and Final contract amount; <br /> • Whether or not the project was federally funded and type (i.e. FTA, FAA, <br /> FHWA, etc.); <br /> • Original project completion date; <br /> • Actual project start and completion date; <br /> • Description of the scope of the project and how the project is similar to <br /> this project; <br /> • Describe the schedule and sequencing of work; <br /> • List the Jurisdictions involved in the project; <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP13 <br /> May 2017 <br />
