• List previous coordination with permitting jurisdictions, utility providers, and Community Transit; • List any previous claims against Community Transit; • List any lawsuits concerning projects Firm worked on in the last five (5) years where you were named and disposition of the case; QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT TEAM A. Criterion: Community Transit requires a qualified project team dedicated to the successful completion of this project. A responsible contractor shall demonstrate that their proposed project team is qualified for this project. A qualified team will have a minimum experience in the following items: • The Contractor shall employ the following project team members with a minimum of five (5)years of experience in these specific categories: Principal in Charge, Project Manager, and Project Superintendent. • The Contractor shall employ the following project team members with a minimum of three(3)years of experience in these specialty categories: Construction Management Software Operator, Schedule Operator, and Certified Safety Officer. • Experience shall be on projects of similar size and scope to this project as defined in Completion of Similar Projects below. • These sections provide detail by which Contractor's team members' education and work history will be compared. B. Documentation: The Bidder shall provide information to describe the proposed project team as follows: • Statement Listing Who Will be Responsible to perform each of the above- mentioned categories of Construction Management. o Principal in Charge o Project Manager o Project Superintendent o Project Engineer o Construction Management Software Operator(E-Builder Software for this project) o Schedule Operator( MS Project, Premaveria) o Certified Safety Officer • Include each member's name, title, resume, history of employment, education, length of time with the current firm; For each team member, provide the most recent example of at least one project of similar size and scope as defined in Completion of Similar Projects and their work role on that project(s). Describe the capacity each member served for the projects and start and end dates for their role on the project. COMPLETION OF SIMILAR PROJECTS A. Criterion: Community Transit will accept bids only from qualified contractors who have successfully completed similarly sized or scoped projects as defined below.
