• List previous coordination with permitting jurisdictions, utility providers, and <br /> Community Transit; <br /> • List any previous claims against Community Transit; <br /> • List any lawsuits concerning projects Firm worked on in the last five (5) <br /> years where you were named and disposition of the case; <br /> QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT TEAM <br /> A. Criterion: Community Transit requires a qualified project team dedicated to the <br /> successful completion of this project. A responsible contractor shall <br /> demonstrate that their proposed project team is qualified for this project. A <br /> qualified team will have a minimum experience in the following items: <br /> • The Contractor shall employ the following project team members with a <br /> minimum of five (5)years of experience in these specific categories: <br /> Principal in Charge, Project Manager, and Project Superintendent. <br /> • The Contractor shall employ the following project team members with a <br /> minimum of three(3)years of experience in these specialty categories: <br /> Construction Management Software Operator, Schedule Operator, and <br /> Certified Safety Officer. <br /> • Experience shall be on projects of similar size and scope to this project as <br /> defined in Completion of Similar Projects below. <br /> • These sections provide detail by which Contractor's team members' <br /> education and work history will be compared. <br /> B. Documentation: The Bidder shall provide information to describe the proposed <br /> project team as follows: <br /> • Statement Listing Who Will be Responsible to perform each of the above- <br /> mentioned categories of Construction Management. <br /> o Principal in Charge <br /> o Project Manager <br /> o Project Superintendent <br /> o Project Engineer <br /> o Construction Management Software Operator(E-Builder Software for <br /> this project) <br /> o Schedule Operator( MS Project, Premaveria) <br /> o Certified Safety Officer <br /> • Include each member's name, title, resume, history of employment, <br /> education, length of time with the current firm; <br /> For each team member, provide the most recent example of at least one <br /> project of similar size and scope as defined in Completion of Similar Projects <br /> and their work role on that project(s). Describe the capacity each member <br /> served for the projects and start and end dates for their role on the project. <br /> COMPLETION OF SIMILAR PROJECTS <br /> A. Criterion: Community Transit will accept bids only from qualified contractors <br /> who have successfully completed similarly sized or scoped projects as <br /> defined below. This section provides basic detail by which Contractor's <br /> projects will be compared.
