This guarantee is supplemental to and does not limit or affect the requirements that the <br /> Contractor's work comply with the requirements of the Contract or any other legal rights <br /> or remedies of the Contracting Agency. <br /> 1-05.13 Superintendents, Labor and Equipment of Contractor <br /> (August 14, 2013 APWA GSP) <br /> Delete the sixth and seventh paragraphs of this section. <br /> 1-05.14 Cooperation With Other Contractors <br /> Section 1-05.14 is supplemented with the following: <br /> (March 13, 1995 WSDOT GSP) <br /> Other Contracts Or Other Work <br /> It is anticipated that the following work adjacent to or within the limits of this project will be <br /> performed by others during the course of this project and will require coordination of the <br /> work: <br /> *** <br /> • The Contractor shall coordinate with Snohomish County PUD, Frontier, Comcast, and others <br /> on the relocation of the existing overhead/underground power and communication facilities <br /> located within the project limits. <br /> The Contractor shall notify utilities a minimum of 3 weeks in advance to coordinate utility <br /> relocations and allow 4 additional weeks for the utilities to complete the relocation of the <br /> utilities as shown in the Plans. The Contractor shall take this delay and required coordination <br /> into account when preparing the bid for the contracted work. <br /> • The Contractor shall notify and coordinate with Community Transit's contractor for the Swift <br /> Green Line—128th Street Improvements at 1-5 project located along 128th Street SW/SE <br /> between at 4th Avenue W. and 3rd Avenue SE that is scheduled to occur in conjunction with <br /> the Corridor Stations improvements. <br /> • The Contractor shall notify and coordinate with Community Transit's contractor for the <br /> Seaway Transit Center project located at Seaway Boulevard and 75th Street SW that is <br /> scheduled to occur in conjunction with the Corridor Station improvements. <br /> • The Contractor shall notify and coordinate with the construction anticipated to occur for the <br /> WSDOT overlay project located on SR 96 (128th Street SE/132nd Street SE) between I-5 and <br /> SR 9 during the duration of this Work. <br /> • The Contractor shall notify and coordinate with the construction anticipated to occur for the <br /> WSDOT's Penny Creek Culvert Replacement project on SR 527 south of the 164th Street SE <br /> intersection during the duration of this Work. <br /> • The Contractor shall notify and coordinate with the construction anticipated to occur for the <br /> Snohomish County Adaptive Signal Control project along the project corridor during the <br /> duration of the Work.
