8. Furniture: one desk with chair, one standing plan table with drafting stool, a two- <br /> drawer file cabinet, one four(4)foot by eight(8) foot conference table with four(4) <br /> chairs, one wall mounted dry erase board, and six square feet of shelving. <br /> 9. Sanitary facilities within the immediate area. <br /> The Weekly Project Meeting Space shall be: <br /> 1. Dimensions: Approximately 20' interior box length, 8' interior box width, 7' interior <br /> ceiling. <br /> 2. Interior: paneled walls, finished ceiling, and vinyl or tile floors. <br /> 3. Exterior: weather-tight with insulated roof, walls, and floor. Building shall be well <br /> supported with elevating jacks to level and stabilize building. <br /> 4. Electric: ceiling lights to provide adequate light levels for reading, a minimum of two <br /> (2) 110V duplex receptacles, and breaker panel. <br /> 5. Window, Door, and Steps: one operative window with security bars or similar theft <br /> deterrent covering, one standard exterior man door with cylinder door lock and six <br /> keys, and exterior steps for door access, if applicable. <br /> 6. Heating and Air Conditioning:AC with baseboard heat or similar equipment with <br /> adequate capacity to maintain typical in-door office temperatures. <br /> 7. Furniture: Two three (3) foot by six(6) foot conference tables, large dry erase board <br /> mounted on the wall, and ten chairs. <br /> The building shall remain the property of the Contractor and removed from the site upon <br /> physical completion of the contract, or when designated by the Engineer. <br /> Payment will be made in accordance with Section 1-04.1, for the following bid item: <br /> "Field Office", lump sum. <br /> The lump sum contract price for "Field Office" shall be full pay for furnishing, installing, <br /> maintaining, and removing the facility, including all costs associated with all required <br /> utility hook-ups and disconnects, and monthly utility charges for all utilities. <br /> Add the following new section: <br /> 1-05.21 Project Signage NEW <br /> Contractor shall furnish, install, and maintain; and remove and dispose of two (2) Project <br /> Signs as follows: <br /> • One Project Sign to be located southbound along the corridor and one Project <br /> Sign to be located northbound along the corridor and be visible from the travel <br /> lanes, at locations to be determined by Community Transit and the Contractor. <br /> The Contractor may need to move the Signs as construction progresses. <br /> • Each Sign shall be made of a durable material and constructed to last for the <br /> duration of the construction project. If the Project Sign becomes unreadable or is <br /> defaced or damaged, the Contractor shall replace the Project Sign in a timely <br /> manner. <br /> • Each Project Sign shall be approximately four (4) feet by eight (8) feet.
