1-07.5(3) State Department of Ecology <br /> (April 4, 2016 WSDOT GSP) <br /> Section 1-07.5(3) is supplemented with the following: <br /> 9. Should a violation of the CSWGP occur(also referred to as a noncompliance event), the <br /> Contractor shall immediately notify the Engineer and WSDOT Form 422-011 Contractor <br /> ECAP Report shall be submitted to the Engineer within 48 hours of the violation. <br /> 10. Once Physical Completion has been given the Contractor shall prepare a Notice of <br /> Termination (Ecology form ECY 020-87). The Contractor shall submit the Notice of <br /> Termination electronically to the Engineer in a PDF format a minimum of 7 calendar days <br /> prior to submitting the Notice of Termination to Ecology. <br /> 11. The Contractor shall submit copies of all correspondence with Ecology electronically to <br /> the Engineer in a PDF format within four calendar days. <br /> 1-07.6 Permits And Licenses <br /> Section 1-07.6 is supplemented with the following: <br /> The Contracting Agency has applied for the below-listed permit(s)for this project.
