(December 2016 CT GSP) <br /> Section 1-08.5 is supplemented with the following: <br /> PROJECT CLOSEOUT NEW <br /> In addition to the contract close-out requirements stated elsewhere in the contract <br /> documents, the Contractor shall submit to Community Transit, upon Completion of Work, <br /> as part of the Contract close-out requirements the following: <br /> • An invoice for 100% (or 95% if retainage is held) payment of the Contract <br /> sum less any progress/milestone payments. <br /> • Retainage Bond will be held until all closeout documents and WA State <br /> releases are on file with Community Transit. <br /> • As-built drawings and warranties (as specified by Division 1 specifications). <br /> • Approved Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages for prime and all subcontractors. <br /> Note: Before any payments can be made, Approved Intent to Pay Prevailing <br /> Wages must be on file with Community Transit. <br /> • Approved Affidavit of Wages paid for prime and all subcontractors. <br /> • Certificates of lien clearance (Contractor and all Subcontractors). <br /> • Certificate of payment of State excise taxes. Required releases from WA <br /> State Departments (Revenue, L&I, Employment Security) <br /> • Release for any outstanding claims. <br /> • Consent of Surety for Final Payment (AIA Form G707) <br /> • All temporary locks, keys, and other items loaned to or signed out to the <br /> Contractor for use by subcontractors, lower-tier-subcontractors, suppliers and <br /> vendors. <br /> • Return any spare parts from G.F.E. <br /> • Final Operation and Maintenance Data and Warranties <br /> • Satisfactorily complete any Training for Community Transit personnel and <br /> Commissioning activities for equipment and systems required by the contract <br /> including the provision of any spare parts to Community Transit. <br /> • Obtain and submit Certificates of Occupancy required from jurisdictions. <br /> • Submit any Special Warranties, Bonds, or follow-on contracts required by the <br /> contract documents. <br /> • Perform Final Cleaning of the project site <br /> • Satisfactorily pass the Final Inspection. <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP61 <br /> May 2017 <br />
