(December 2016 CT GSP) Section 1-08.5 is supplemented with the following: PROJECT CLOSEOUT NEW In addition to the contract close-out requirements stated elsewhere in the contract documents, the Contractor shall submit to Community Transit, upon Completion of Work, as part of the Contract close-out requirements the following: • An invoice for 100% (or 95% if retainage is held) payment of the Contract sum less any progress/milestone payments. • Retainage Bond will be held until all closeout documents and WA State releases are on file with Community Transit. • As-built drawings and warranties (as specified by Division 1 specifications). • Approved Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages for prime and all subcontractors. Note: Before any payments can be made, Approved Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages must be on file with Community Transit. • Approved Affidavit of Wages paid for prime and all subcontractors. • Certificates of lien clearance (Contractor and all Subcontractors). • Certificate of payment of State excise taxes. Required releases from WA State Departments (Revenue, L&I, Employment Security) • Release for any outstanding claims. • Consent of Surety for Final Payment (AIA Form G707) • All temporary locks, keys, and other items loaned to or signed out to the Contractor for use by subcontractors, lower-tier-subcontractors, suppliers and vendors. • Return any spare parts from G.F.E. • Final Operation and Maintenance Data and Warranties • Satisfactorily complete any Training for Community Transit personnel and Commissioning activities for equipment and systems required by the contract including the provision of any spare parts to Community Transit. • Obtain and submit Certificates of Occupancy required from jurisdictions. • Submit any Special Warranties, Bonds, or follow-on contracts required by the contract documents. • Perform Final Cleaning of the project site • Satisfactorily pass the Final Inspection.
