Property owner releases per Section 1-07.24 <br /> 1-08.5 Time for Completion <br /> Section 1-08.5 is supplemented with the following: <br /> This project shall be substantially completed by December 15, 2018 and physically <br /> completed in its entirety by March 1, 2019. <br /> Station Shelter and Amenities Installation and Commissioning <br /> Community Transit has separate contracts supplying Station Shelters and Amenities to this <br /> project. Installation of Station Shelters and Amenities is subject to the following constraints: <br /> STATION SHELTERS AND ICONIC MARKERS INSTALLATION <br /> Includes: Columns and beams, outrigger arms and glass roof, cladding, shelter lighting, <br /> passenger information panel, load center, Iconic marker, and station hand railing <br /> Installation of Station Shelters and Iconic Markers may not begin in the <br /> corridor until after April 2, 2018 unless otherwise approved by Community <br /> Transit. <br /> STATION AMENITIES INSTALLATION <br /> Includes: Windscreens with leaning rail, benches, litter bins, Ticket Vending Machines <br /> (TVMs), Stand Alone Fare Transaction Processors (SAFTPs), and Real-time Passenger <br /> Information Signs (RTPIs) <br /> Installation of Station Amenities may not begin in the corridor until after <br /> September 3, 2018 unless otherwise approved by Community Transit. <br /> The above dates have been established to minimize the duration between completion of Station <br /> Shelters and Amenities Installation, and commissioning/service testing and opening. <br /> Owner commissioning of Station shelters and amenities will not start before January 2, <br /> 2019. Contractor will remain responsible for Stations until commissioning is completed <br /> (estimated date March 1, 2019). <br /> The Contractor shall plan Work accordingly and show the installation and commissioning of <br /> Station shelters and amenities as activities in the Progress Schedule. <br /> (January 5, 2015 WSDOT GSP, Option 12) <br /> Item number 2. of the sixth paragraph of Section 1-08.5 is supplemented with the following: <br /> f. A copy of the Notice of Termination sent to the Washington State Department of <br /> Ecology (Ecology); the elapse of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice <br /> of Termination by Ecology; and no rejection of the Notice of Termination by Ecology. <br /> This requirement will not apply if the Construction Stormwater General Permit is <br /> transferred back to the Contracting Agency in accordance with Section 8-01.3(16). <br /> Swift Green Line—Corridor Stations Special Provisions SP60 <br /> May 2017 <br />
