The above dates have been established to minimize the duration between completion of Station Shelters and Amenities Installation, and commissioning/service testing and opening. Owner commissioning of Station shelters and amenities will not start before January 2, 2019. Contractor will remain responsible for Stations until commissioning is completed (estimated date March 1, 2019).
