An occupancy separation is not required between B and M occupancies, per IBC table <br /> 508.4. <br /> 2. Although the seating area exceeds 750 square feet, we agreed today that you will post a <br /> sign for the overall occupancy of the tenant space near the door of 49, including the <br /> serving areas, per IBC section 303.1.1. <br /> 3. The drawings should indicate specific signage at the main entrance door and the rear <br /> exit door to indicate that these doors will be open during business hours, per IBC <br /> section 1010.1.9.3, 2.2. <br /> a. A discernible path of egress should be shown with illuminated exit signs, per IBC <br /> section 1011.1, and emergency lighting, per IBC section 1006.1. <br /> 4. An accessible route with 18 inch pull side dimension is required per ICC A117.1-2009 <br /> Figure 404.2.3.2 (a). Doors sized to have 32 inch clear per IBC section 1010.1.1. <br /> Mechanical (Deferred submittal) <br /> 1. The new dining space requires mechanical ventilation, per IMC section 401.2.3, as <br /> amended by the State of Washington. <br /> 2. A Type II hood should be shown above the dishwasher, per IMC section 507.3. <br /> 3.
