Mr.Williams called me letting me know he hopes to make repairs right away. <br /> He said they are hoping to replace heaters—though he was not sure the type—but I assume they are the baseboard <br /> heaters. <br /> I advised Mr.Williams,that based upon the substantial dilapidation of the baseboard heaters, and other electrical <br /> switches, and the location of outlet near adjacent to heaters, I believe we still need to do an inspection Monday or <br /> Tuesday. I told Mr.Williams I thought replacing heater units requires a building permit.
