Further that tenants in <br /> the building are using space heaters in place of an approved heating system. <br /> She also observed a lack of hand railing for stairways and electrical switches/components that were either broken or in <br /> poor condition.These conditions would be a violation of code requirements and potentially unsafe. The City is seeking <br /> access to inspect the building regarding these concerns as soon as possible. Can you take steps to notify tenants of an <br /> inspection and make the building available for the early afternoon of May 1st or 2"d? I will need to confirm the <br /> availability of Mr. Budden—if we can keep both days as possibilities.
