This is a property built in 1901 and the County Assessor calls it a Two Family Residence (Duplex). I am not sure the City ever approved it as more than a SFR—though laser fiche files indicate 2 power meters were installed with permits in 1979. I noticed the 2007 Bldg Permit indicates SFR—but, bottom lin- I think we need to determine what use has been approved. 1 2
