Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler@everettwa.gov. <br /> Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works <br /> (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building <br /> Department and/or the Planning Department for architectural, landscape, or other types of <br /> drawings. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br /> once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> . . Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter <br /> Plans: Plans are approved. No revisions needed unless the design team has made <br /> changes. If so, (2) new sets are required. <br /> ii. Drainage Report: (2) copies of revised drainage report-See redlines. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:OOpm and from <br /> 1:OOpm-4:OOpm(closed between 12:OOpm-1:OOpm for lunch). <br /> b. Please see all redlines in the attached report pages for required corrections. <br />
