ADDENDUM TO <br /> PLANNING DIRECTOR DECISION <br /> Comprehensive Sign Design Plan <br /> Review Process II#16-012 J <br /> March 6,2017 <br /> Applicant: Berry Sign Systems <br /> 7400 Hardeson Road <br /> Everett, WA 98203 <br /> Location: Funko,2802 Wetmore Avenue,Everett, WA 98201 <br /> Zoning: B-3, Central Business District <br /> General Plan: 3.1,Central Business District <br /> Description of Original Proposal: The City of Everett Planning and Community Development <br /> Department received a request from Berry Sign Systems for Comprehensive sign design <br /> approval for Funko located at 2802 Wetmore Avenue. The request is to install the following <br /> signs: <br /> 1) One wall sign(Sign#3)of 184 square feet near the south side of the east façade along ?. <br /> Wetmore Avenue; <br /> 2) one wall sign(Sign#4) of 102 square feet on the east façade near the corner of Wetmore <br /> Avenue and California Street; <br /> 3) a projecting sign(Sign#1) of 34.67 feet in height and area of 256 square feet with lights <br /> within individual letters that blink in order to have a random scintillating effect, a rotating <br /> crown logo,that extends 7.5 feet from the building facade; <br /> 4) two upper story wall signs(Sign#2.1 and#2.2)extending 1.5 feet above the parapet on the <br /> north and east facades;and <br /> 5) one fixed mascot sculpture.
