The request is to install the following signs: <br /> 1)One wall sign(Sign#3)of 184 square feet near the south side of the east facade along <br /> Wetmore Avenue; <br /> 2)one wall sign(Sign#4)of 102 square feet on the east facade near the corner of Wetmore <br /> Avenue and California Street; <br /> 3)a projecting sign(Sign#1)of 34.67 feet in height and area of 256 square feet with lights <br /> within individual letters that blink in order to have a random scintillating effect,a rotating crown <br /> logo,that extends 7.5 feet from the building facade; <br /> 4)two upper story wall signs(Sign#2.1 and#2.2) extending 1.5 feet above the parapet on the <br /> north and east facades;and <br /> 5) one fixed mascot sculpture.
